Make-up Classes begin one week after each semester's start date

Whether you're attending class in-person or online - included in your tuition fee is unlimited make-up classes*.

The most beautiful thing about making Music Together^® is that it brings family, friends and communities together, so it is paramount that we practice conscientious care for one another by keeping each other safe - especially if you are attending class in person. Our only mandated COVID protocol at this time is that every family answers the Health Screening Checklist on the morning they are to attend class and should you answer "YES" to any question on the checklist, you are REQUIRED to stay home and instead take advantage of our limitless Make-up Class policy.

SCHEDULING A MAKE-UP CLASS

• You must log-in to schedule a Make-up Class
• Your Make-up Class doesn't need to fall in the same week as your missed class. You can come anytime - just pick one from the list
• If you know you are going to be missing a class (ie. you're going on a planned holiday, or you're scheduled to be on shift at work), you can pre-emptively attend a Make-up Class even BEFORE you actually miss the class.

CANCELLING A MAKE-UP CLASS

If you schedule a Make-Up Class but then can't make it, please cancel it so it frees up your spot to another family.

• Log-in to the Make-Up Class Scheduler and click on the "Cancel" tab
• select the class you wish to cancel

* While make-up classes are unlimited, they are not transferable ~ they must be scheduled within the current semester.
