"Hello to our Winter Semester - We're so glad to see you!"

I hope this note finds you and your family making musical magic with the songs on our DRUM Collection! We'll play along to some drumming and singing, jim jam drummin', rig-a-jiggin', sneaking and peeking and ticking and tocking :-)

How did you do at downloading the songs using the Music Together^® App and access code on the inside front cover of your songbook? If you need any help with that, your instructor can guide you through it.

Now that our semester has started up, we want to kindly direct you to our website - especially the ENROLLED FAMILIES tab. There you can log in to your FAMILY PORTAL - your “one-click” access to all of your account information including account balances, payments and credits; our Make-Up Class Scheduler; our Guest Sibling Drop-in Registration Portal; and our Class & Events Calendar.

MY ACCOUNT & CLASS SCHEDULE
The "My Account" button in your FAMILY PORTAL gives you access to a whole host of information including your contact information, your payment history, your class schedule, you can notify us of class absences, and you can add other contacts on to your account (2nd parent, grandparents, etc)

MAKE-UP CLASS SCHEDULER
The Make-Up Class Scheduler is open and you can access it through your FAMILY PORTAL or from the ENROLLED FAMILIES tab on our website. On the morning of each class every week, all attendees are required to answer the Health Screening Checklist . If any attendee answers YES to any question on the checklist, you are required to stay home and instead take advantage of our limitless Make-Up Class policy. Make-up classes need not occur during the same week as the class you've missed - you can attend one at any time just so long as you schedule it. The only limitation is that they are NOT TRANSFERABLE between semesters - so you have to attend your make-up classes within the semester.

GUEST SIBLING DROP-IN REGISTRATION
Older siblings are always welcomed guests in our classes which is why each semester we gift every family with 2 Guest Sibling Passes. Registration is FREE - all we ask is that you register your child's intention to attend so we can keep accurate attendance for contact tracing and number counts. 

CLASS & EVENTS CALENDAR
When does Winter Registration start? When is Bring a Buddy Week? Is today the last class of my semester? - all of these questions (AND MORE!) can be answered by checking our Class & Events Calendar

PARENT EDUCATION EVENING
Included as part of your tuition is our Online Parent Education Evening, so mark Sunday, Janury 12th @ 7:00pm on your calendars and save the date. Music Together is considered "The Gold Standard" of music programs because our methods and developmentaly appropriate practices are steeped in research. The Parent Education Evening gives you the opportunity to discover how all of the wonderful things we do in class support your child's musical growth and why YOU are the world's greatest parent for deeming family music-making important! 

Another great source of information is the RECENT NEWS section of our website found at the bottom of our homepage. We update that section on a continual "Need To Know" basis to ensure that you wil always be kept up to date about urgent class news, class events, and key dates.

So when in doubt, use our website - and your FAMILY PORTAL as your go-to information source.
